How To Minimize Wrinkles with Pencil Eyeliner

Hiding Wrinkles With Your Eyeliner

Be careful you don't poke your eye out!

If your pencil is too soft, just pop in the freezer for 5 minutes and it will be perfect!

Always start from the outside edge of your eye and draw in little strokes towards the nose or inner eye. Sometimes you think that you are drawing a perfect line but when you look in the mirror there is always a skin coloured line between your lashes and that great line you just drew! Try to draw on your actual lashes and you will always get it in the right spot.

ANTI AGING EYE LINER

Because pencils are made up of waxes, sometimes they will smudge under or on your eyes, causing you to look tired, if you set the pencil with some eye shadow powder, this will hold the pencil line in place for ages. This is also a great way to layer your colour and subtly change your eye liner colours.

I always start with black pencil on the top lashes, this makes them look thicker and fuller.

To make green and hazel eyes “pop” or look greener, set the pencil with a blue or blue/grey shadow – using a fine brush trace over the pencil line with eye shadow.

To make blue eyes bluer, set the pencil with a red/brown or chocolate eyeshadow. You can have a great time changing your look this way!
